The project is a renovation of an existing showroom for tiles and sanitary fittings. The owners had the predicament of needing to dedicate more space on the showroom floor to display merchandise, yet having to accommodate a growing number of staff offices. The solution was to design an innovative mezzanine structure into their double volume space to house their offices. The newly freed up space was used to create spa-like exhibit areas to display the sanitary fittings in an exclusive environment.
