Masjid-Al-Hadaeeq is a low cost building situated in a village in The Sudan. The design is contemporary, however fundamental elements of traditional mosque design have been respected. The building focuses on passive cooling and the use of greywater (traditionally used for ablution before prayers) as a means of irrigation to grow fruit trees in the garden.
