Bukhari Clusters

The Bukhari Clusters are a group of three large luxury cluster homes with a pool-house situated on a large site in Roshnee. The houses were to be individual in both layout and appearance, but share the same minimal, contemporary style architecture. The houses have no walls in-between them as they are all owned by members of the same family; therefore the design challenge was to create both social spaces and private spaces for each family. We worked in conjunction with our landscape architectural team to produce a holistic design that emphasizes the functional relationship between the various building parts and the facility as a whole.
